Get blackjack by hitting 21 with your first two cards. Do this and you'll receive a payout of 1.5x your stake.
Insurance
You can buy this when the dealer's card that faces up is an Ace.
It protects you against them having a blackjack, and can be done even if your first two cards add up to 21.
If the dealer does get blackjack, insurance bets are paid out at 2:1.
The dealer takes a look at their card that faces down.
If they don't have blackjack, the round continues as normal.
If they do have blackjack and you don't, they win.
If both of you have blackjack, it's a push and you get back your original stake.
The cost of insurance is half your wager. Bet here are settled separately.
Double Down
For your first two cards, double down and multiply your stake by 2x.
If you choose this option, you'll only receive one more card (your third).
Double down is not available if you've already chosen to split your hands.
Hit
Choose Hit to receive another card and add it to your current hand.
You can do this until you decide not to or bust (where you hand reaches a value that exceeds 21).
Stand
Choose Stand if you don't want to receive any more cards.
Split
You have the option to split your first two cards if they're the same value.
Doing so will create two separate hands, each with the same value as your initial stake.
Each hand receives a second card, and you can choose to Hit with both, unless you split Aces. In this case, each hand can only receive one more card.
You can only split a hand once.
Outcome
If the value of your hand exceeds 21, it's a bust and you lose.
The dealer's down card will be revealed once everyone has played their hand.
The dealer must hit if their cards have a value of 16 or less. They must stand if their cards have a value of a soft 17 or greater.
If your hand ends closer than the dealer's to 21, or if the dealer's hand is a bust, your bet will be settled as a winner.
If your hand is the same as the dealer's, it's a push, and your stake is returned to you.
A blackjack (an Ace and a 10 card) will beat other hands that form a 21 with three cards and hands with a value of 21 formed by split pairs.
Side Bets
There are two optional side bets available in Signature Live Blackjack.
Perfect Pairs
With Perfect Pairs, if your first two cards are a pair, your bet wins. This may be two Queens, two 3s, and so on.
Three types of pairs that result in a win are available here:
Each type of pair has its own payout:
Bet Behind
With this option, you can bet on and share the outcome of another player's hand, whether that's a win or a loss.
Standard blackjack payouts apply to these bets.
Place a wager wherever there's an active Bet Behind spot at another player's seat. You have to do this before the time runs out.
If the player you've placed a Bet Behind bet on doesn't play the round, you'll get your wager back straight away.
You can still place insurance bets if the dealer's face-up card is an Ace.
You can double your wager if the player your are betting behind doubles down or splits.
You cannot choose this option for your own hand, and you cannot prevent other players from betting behind you.
