Explore the two entertaining side bets - Perfect Pairs and 21+3, as you try to create the best hand possible.

The aim of the game is to form a hand that's either 21 or the closest to it without going bust.

How to Play

A maximum of seven players can take part, but your only competition is the dealer.

You play the game with eight standard decks of 52 cards.

Once the betting time has finished, each player receives one card facing up, followed by the dealer.

Each player then receives a second card, facing up as well, followed by the dealer. The dealer's second card is dealt facing down.

You'll see the sum of your first two cards next to your hand.

Card Values

Here are the card values for Live Blackjack:

• Cards 2 to 10 - face value
• Face cards - each worth 10 
• Ace - worth 1 or 11, whichever benefits your hand more

Blackjack

Blackjack is the best possible hands. 

You'll receive blackjack if your first two cards add up to 21.

 

Bet Options

There are three standard betting options available in this game:

• Insurance - available to purchase if the dealer's first two cards contains an Ace
• Double Down - lets you double your original bet to receive one more card 
• Split -  split your first two cards into two separate hands if they're of equal value

 

Side Bets

Perfect Pairs and 21+3 are the two optional side bets in Live Blackjack.

Perfect Pairs

You have the chance to win if your initial hand features one of the following pairs:

• Mixed Pair - different suits
• Coloured Pair - different suits of the same color
• Perfect Pair - the same suit

Each type of pair has its own payout.
